We want you to be fully satisfied with DNA WEB. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email address used at checkout.
2. Open the relevant order or subscription and select "Request a refund".
3. Alternatively, email our support team at info@dnaweb.ai and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription renewals

For subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time via paddle.net or from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve the issue faster directly.
