About
Built to inform, not to frighten
Most reputation services sell fear. DNA WEB was built on the opposite premise: people make better decisions when they can see the evidence, the uncertainty, and the realistic limits of what can be done.
Lucy AI
An assistant that says when it does not know
Lucy AI communicates with empathy and precision. It distinguishes facts from allegations, explains uncertainty, and cites the source and relevant policy behind each recommendation.
Most importantly, Lucy says clearly when content is unlikely to be removed. A recommendation to do nothing — or simply to monitor — is a legitimate answer, and it is offered as often as the evidence supports it.
Who we serve
Four groups, four sets of safeguards
Individual users
People monitoring their own public reputation. Personal scans are self-service unless documented authority exists to act for someone else.
Guardians
Parents and lawful guardians monitoring a minor through Guardian Mode, with minimal data collection and heightened privacy protections.
Organizations
Companies monitoring brand, domain, executives, products, locations and public market reputation.
Authorized workforce teams
Workforce Mode requires a documented lawful basis, notice or consent, and role-based access. No employment decision is made or recommended here.
What we are not
Clear about our limits
DNA WEB provides reputation intelligence and operational support. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and must not present general information as individualised legal advice. High-impact decisions require qualified human review outside the platform.
