Ethics
Reputation work has to have limits
These commitments are operational, not decorative. They shape what Lucy AI is allowed to recommend, what our specialists may action, and what we will decline to do at any price.
Commitments
What we always do
Evidence before conclusion
Every claim is tied to a dated, linkable source with an assessment of credibility and corroboration.
Uncertainty stated out loud
Where identity or credibility confidence is low, the finding is separated rather than merged into your report.
Approval before action
No external request, response or filing is submitted without explicit human approval, recorded in an audit log.
Proportionate data collection
We collect the minimum needed for identity resolution, and less again for minors under Guardian Mode.
Consistent pricing
Prices never vary based on a user's perceived distress, wealth, identity or willingness to pay.
Honest outcomes
Where no legitimate pathway exists, we say so and restore the assessment tokens.

- We do not suppress lawful journalism, criticism, research or opinion.
- We do not make or recommend employment decisions.
- We do not monitor a person, wallet or account without a lawful basis.
- We do not present general information as individualised legal advice.
