Resolution work
Priced per URL, paid in tokens
After assessment, each URL receives one case type with a stated intended outcome. You select which URLs to act on, and the checkout total is the sum of those URLs.

Guarantee
No resolution, money back
Resolution work only earns its price when it works.
For eligible, outcome-based Reputation Resolution cases we define the intended outcome for every URL before payment — source removal, correction, de-indexing or successful platform enforcement. If we complete the agreed process and that outcome is not achieved within the disclosed case period, we refund the eligible one-time amount for that URL, or restore the tokens it consumed. If a paid assessment finds no legitimate resolution pathway, those tokens come back automatically.
Subscription plans carry a separate 30-day money-back guarantee. Taxes, filing fees, legal fees and other disclosed third-party costs are excluded, as are cases that cannot be completed because they were cancelled, evidence was withheld, every viable action was rejected, or false information was provided.
