Authorisation to scan

You may scan yourself, a target you are authorised to represent, an organisation you are permitted to act for, or a minor for whom you hold lawful guardianship. You must confirm authorisation before each new target.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, stalking, doxxing or surveillance of another person
• No suppression of lawful journalism, criticism, research or opinion
• No fake reviews, fake accounts or manufactured coverage
• No use of reports to make prohibited employment or credit decisions

Nature of the service

DNA WEB provides reputation intelligence and operational support. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not provide individualised legal advice. Outputs are informational and require your judgement.

Resolution cases

Each URL receives one case type with a stated intended outcome and price in tokens with a dollar equivalent. Nothing is submitted externally without your explicit approval. Third-party costs are disclosed and approved separately.

Money-Back Resolution Guarantee

Eligible, outcome-based cases are refunded — or their tokens restored — when the agreed process is completed without achieving the stated outcome within the disclosed case period. In short: no resolution, money back. Taxes, filing fees, legal fees and other disclosed third-party costs are excluded, as are cases where the user cancels, withholds evidence, rejects every viable action, provides false information, or breaches these terms.

Subscription plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 30 days of the charge and it will be approved. Refunds are requested from Billing in your account. The full policy, including how to claim, is on the guarantee page.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Receipts, billing history, renewal details and token expiry or rollover rules are available in your account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DNA WEB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of third-party platforms, publishers or authorities.
